Rogues and Lovers is the romantic denouement of Hunter’s Snare. If fact, it started as the last quarter of the original Daniel’s Fork. Many fans and friends complained that the novel was too long, and the many chapters after the resolution of the main conflict were better off in a new book. I listened, and Rogues and Lovers was born.
Of course, its original title was not the same; A Time for Love was its original title. You can see the cover below.

At the time of the Daniel’s Fork series rebranding, the cover was changed to match the theme of the covers for the other books, and a new title was chosen.

The new title was a little less sentimental and more reflective of the overall feel of the novella. The genre is unapologetically romance. It picks up the romantic threads left unfinished in Hunter’s Snare.
Here is the blurb that appears on the book’s Amazon page.
